A kakistocracy is a government run by the worst, least qualified, and most unscrupulous citizens.
On January 20, 2025, with the presidential oath taken by Donald Trump, the government of the United States officially became a kakistocracy. For the foreseeable future, I and some friends will be posting regular Kakistocracy Reports that I hope will offer insight into this unprecedented moment in which we find ourselves.
